Solution
This note is only valid as of CRM 7.0. Specifications that only apply to specific releases are marked correspondingly.
Flash plugin version:
The graphical modeling Flash application requires the Flash plugin version 9 or 10.Security:
The Flash application runs in a sandbox that has no direct access to the ressources of the local operating system. Therefore, separate security adjustments are usually not necessary. However, the latest version of the Flash player 9 or 10 should always be installed to have the latest bug- and security-fixes for the flash browser plugin. For more information, please visit www.adobe.com/flash.Screen resolution:
A minimum screen resolution of 1024×768px is supported. However a larger resolution (e.g. 1280*1024) is highly recommended.Browser versions:
The graphical modeler was tested with Internet Explorer 7/8, Firefox 3 and Safari 4
Known bugs related to the Flash plugin and the browser:
In Firefox 3 it can happen that “More” menu is shown behind the Flash application. To solve this, move the mouse away from the menu and try again to open the menu. In most cases this solves the problem. In Safari 4 the keyboard mapping does not work correct. This is a known problem and related to the wmode parameter of the object tag. At the moment this problem can’t be solved.
