Call List Generation from CRM WebClient does not work

The link to ‘Call List Generation’ application in IC_MANAGER business role does not work. The link can be found under the ‘Create’ group of the ‘Managing Operations’ Work Center of IC_MANAGER business role.

Solution
This issue is resolved in BBPCRM 600 Support Package 03 and BBPCRM 520 Support Package 05. Upgrade to this support package or implement the customizing change as detailed in the ‘Manual Activities’ section.

This issue is resolved in BBPCRM 600 Support Package 03 and BBPCRM 520 Support Package 05. Upgrade to this support package as and when it is available or implement the manual change given below.
(1) In the CRM system, execute transaction SPRO and goto SAP reference IMG
(2) Navigate to the menu path
SAP Implementation Guide -> Customer Relationship Management ->
Interaction Center WebClient -> Basic Functions -> Transaction Launcher -> Define URLs and Parameters
(3) Open the entry with id IC-CALLISTGN in change mode.
(4) In the Non-BSP URL section, change the URL from the current
/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?~transaction=CRMD_CALL_LIST
to
sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?~transaction=CRMD_CALL_LIST
(5) Save your changes.
