Follow the instruction of “Manual Activities” in correction instruction to manually create the archiving object.

Caution: You have to perform this manual pre-implementation step manually and separately in each systembeforeyou import the Note to implement.
1. Open transaction AOBJ.
2. Create new Archiving Object CRM_KA with the following parameters:
Object Name: CRM_KA
Text: CRM Knowledge Article archiving object
Application Area: CR
Application Component: AEC0000003
Write Program: CRM_ARC_KA_SAVE
Delete Program: CRM_ARC_KA_DELETE
Preprocessing Program: CRM_ARC_KA_CHECK
3. Open sub-folder “Structure Definition” in left structure view and add the followign structure definitions:

4. Open sub-folder “Tables from Which You Only Delete Entries” and add the following Tables:

BAL_INDX
CRMD_OUTPUT_DOC
PPFTGEMERU
PPFTMETHRU
PPFTPARTNR
PPFTSFFXRU
PPFTSFMLRU
PPFTSFPRRU
PPFTTRIGG
PPFTWFRU
5. Open sub-folder “Achiving Classes Used” and add the following Archiving Classes:
CHANGEDOCU
CRM_STATUS
SOBL
TEXT
6. Open sub-folder “Read Programs” and add Read Program “CRM_ARC_KA_READ”.
7. Open sub-folder “Customizing Transactions” and add “CRMORDERARC”.
8. Click “Save” button to save all the above entries.
