Reason and Prerequisites
The survey functionality in the CRM User Interface does not include the
expert mode. The expert mode is not designed for business users but for administrators and therefore only availabe in SAPGUI transaction CRM_SURVEY_SUITE.
Solution
If you want to use the expert mode of the CRM survey suite, you need to access the survey suite via SAPGUI customizing or by starting the transaction with transaction code “CRM_SURVEY_SUITE”.
