Within the Knowledge Article application, the internal text is not logged. Log text type is always empty.

Solution
Follow the step mentioned below to fix the text determination procedure customizing of the Knowledge Article to log the internal text type,
1. Launch IMG using the transaction SPRO.
2. Use the following navigation path to launch text procedure customizing,
IMG: Customer Relationship Management->Basic Functions->Text Management->Define Text Determination Procedure.
3. Select text object ‘CRM_ORDERH’ and double-click on the procedure in the left navigation window.
4. Select Knowledge Article text procedure ‘KNOWARTI’.
5. Double-click on the definition of the procedure in the left navigation window.
6. Enter ‘P’ in the changes column for the text type Internal note(0002).
7. Enter ‘R’ in the changes column for the text type Log(A008).
8. Save the changes.
