Symptom

1. Logon to CRM system with SALESPRO
2. In the L-shape goto Sales Operations->Activity Journal Template
3. Search for any Activity Journal Templates
4. Goto overview page of any Activity Journal Template
5. Goto Products Default assignment block and click on Edit
Problem Description:
Default Configuration attributes are displayed.
Expected Behaviour:
Customized (Journal Template Type) attributes should be displayed along with the default attributes.

Solution

Apply the note 1368568.
Description:
The ‘Products/Default’ assignment block is contructed dynamically based on the Template Columns. The default columns provided are:
- Actions
- Product Type
- ID
- Explosion
Since there is a limitation in Search Framework UI, ‘Personalize’ button cannot disabled in the ‘Products/Default’ assignment block. The user can add columns from the Personalization but the columns will not be reflected.
Customers should not create configurations for this view as this would hamper the dymanic rendering of the columns in this view.
