TPM: Performance Issue when creating condition records

Symptom
There is a performance issue in method /SAPCND/IF_EX_MNT_USAGE~HIDE_ATTRIBUTES_ITEM of BAdI implementation CL_IM_PRC_MNT_COND_USG_CRM. It was slow when creating many condition records.
