Symptom
1. “GetInstallDriver, Can not find InstallDriver in ROT table, Return Code = 0×800401e3 ” message is there in the log file under\”Mobile_Installation_Logfiles\UpgrMSI-[ComputerName]-[UserName]-[tstamp].log”.
2. Files are deleted when upgrade is done using “Power users” privileges.

- 70sp01
Client Upgrade throws unexpected errors or runtime exceptions or any other error related to Interops. Extraction of MUP file fails.
Can happen for either of MAR/MDW/MobileClient Installation/Upgrades.
