Symptom
Error message “SAPphone SP_AGENTLOGIN failed; queue=aaaaaaa” appears when using SAPphone with IC WebClient.

The CTI does not support queue with SAPphone.
Solution
The error message “SAPphone SP_AGENTLOGIN failed” appears when running IC WebClient with SAPphone solution. This due to CTI switch that being used does not support queue with SAPphone functions.
