As of CRM 7.0, the so called customizationList (”Your current selection”) that shows the current status of the configuration becomes only visible when the user clicks on “preview”.

Solution

SAP now delivers an example how to display the customizationList as in previous releases next to the so called work area, where the user enters the characteristic values.
The solution is to display the customizationList at the place for the dynamic product picture.

Solution

Follow the step mentioned below to fix the text determination procedure customizing of the Knowledge Article to log the internal text type,
1. Launch IMG using the transaction SPRO.
2. Use the following navigation path to launch text procedure customizing,
IMG: Customer Relationship Management->Basic Functions->Text Management->Define Text Determination Procedure.
3. Select text object ‘CRM_ORDERH’ and double-click on the procedure in the left navigation window.
4. Select Knowledge Article text procedure ‘KNOWARTI’.
5. Double-click on the definition of the procedure in the left navigation window.
6. Enter ‘P’ in the changes column for the text type Internal note(0002).
7. Enter ‘R’ in the changes column for the text type Log(A008).
8. Save the changes.

After doing “Relate to CRM” in a contact, if an appointment is created of type “SAP CRM” and tried to save it throws an “Runtime error 13. Type mismatch.”

A)
1.First download the zip file – “Setup.zip” from the link:

2.Extract the ‘SETUP.EXE’ file from the above file to your local
machine.
3.Then Goto transaction SE80 and choose ‘BSP Application’.
4.Search for ‘CRMCMP_GW_WC’.
5.Go to the folder MIMEs and right click on the ’setup.exe’.
6.Choose the option ‘Upload/Download’ and then ‘Upload and Replace’.
7.In the pop-up choose the path to latest setup.exe file.(You have saved
the unzipped setup.exe file to your machine in the 2nd step)
Please note that the extracted file ‘SETUP.EXE’ should be uploaded and
NOT THE .ZIP file itself.
B) You need to change the required version of GWI also. To change the
Required Version attribute follow the steps:
1.Goto transaction SE80 and choose ‘Class/Interface’.
2.Search for class ‘CL_CRM_XML_GW_SYNC’ and goto the Attributes.
3.Go to the edit mode for the class.
4.Change the ‘Initial Value’ column of the attribute ‘REQUIRED_VERSION’
to ‘7.013′ and save the changes. Activate this.

Planning services calculations are not being performed and the key figure values are not being persisted.
Percentage key figures are used in the planning layout and have not been properly maintained.
An error message is displayed concerning the number of decimals being +2 more then what the system is expecting:
“The system is expecting 0.000, but the value is 0.0000″

Planning services requires maintaining in transaction bps0 the number of decimals for only percentage key figures by +2 more the number of decimals maintained in the planning services key figure customizing (upx_mntn).
For example, if in upx_mntn the percentage key figure has 3 decimals, then in bps0, the same key figure should have 5 decimals in the layout.

When navigating from an external system (e.g. ECC/ERP) to a CRM OneOrder object (e.g. CRM Sales Order, CRM Service Confirmation …) a SAP GUI transaction is started to display the requested document.
When opening archived documents in CRM with Archive Explorer (SARE) the system starts the SAP GUI to display the document in the transactional view.
As of CRM 2007 it is expected to display the requested business transaction in the WebUI not in SAP GUI.

Description:
The ‘Products/Default’ assignment block is contructed dynamically based on the Template Columns. The default columns provided are:
- Actions
- Product Type
- ID
- Explosion
Since there is a limitation in Search Framework UI, ‘Personalize’ button cannot disabled in the ‘Products/Default’ assignment block. The user can add columns from the Personalization but the columns will not be reflected.
Customers should not create configurations for this view as this would hamper the dymanic rendering of the columns in this view.
